“I learned how to talk to myself the way that I talk to my best friend and it has changed everything. I feel calmer on the inside.”
- Meredith, Psychologist and Founder
Hi, I’m Tia.
I am a best-selling author, keynote and TED speaker, and Founder of Arrive At Happy and The Feel Good Club. I have certifications in applied neuroscience, positive psychology, coaching, and am a Certified Chief Happiness Officer.
I led sales and marketing teams for 14-years in luxury hotels in the US and Europe. I struggled with mom guilt and feeling inadequate for a decade. I struggled with mom-guilt for years. My goal to feel happier led me to study positive psychology and become an entrepreneur.
My hope for you is that you can feel calmer and more confident too. I put together these 7 steps so that everyday you can feel a little better and start making progress.
One of our children has a rare form of autism. It has been an extremely challenging and beautiful parenting journey. I have been on a transformational healing journey and it has allowed me to move from anxious, fearful, and self-critical to self-compassionate, connected, and full of self-love.
