Hi! I’m Tia

Eleven years ago, I became a mom while leading a sales & marketing team in luxury hospitality and struggled to get back to being happy while “doing it all”. This led me to study the science of happiness & become a Certified Chief Happiness Officer and create my happiness company. For 8-years, I have inspired thousands of people to choose happiness through my keynote talks, The Feel Good Club, Be a Happy Leader book, and viral TED talk - The Simple Secret of Being Happier (viewed over 1.6 MIL times).

One of our children has a rare disability and this was the catalyst for me to go on a transformational healing journey to find calm and inner peace. My mission is to inspire and teach high-achieving working moms to feel happier and calmer.

I created this challenge because being triggered and reacting caused me so much pain for years with my children. I want to teach other working moms how to feel more inner peace.
