Time Affluence for Working Moms

Do you feel “time-poor” or even, “time-famished”? When was that last time that you felt that you had a lot of time?

Time for you, for your interests, friendships, physical health, partnership/dating, your career, enough time with your children, etc? Has it been a long time?

You are doing and thinking about a lot.

I invite you to join me and Sage Haus Founder, Kelly Hubbell, on Tuesday, May 20th at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET.

We will have a 30-minute discussion on time affluence, delegation, and intentionally feeling more joy as a working mom. We’ll explore how to build more freedom and calm into everyday life with practical strategies and a few hard-won lessons along the way. Whether you're burned out, doing too much, or just wondering “Why am I still so exhausted even though I have help?”—this one’s for you.

Happiness and Time are directly connected. How you spend your days is how you spend your life.

Here are 4 simple time journal prompts for you:

#1) What are my top 5 values?

#2) How would my days shift if I prioritized activities that made me feel happier?

#3) If a doctor told me I had 1-year to live, how would I spend my time differently?

#4) What am I doing that I can actually say no to so that I have more time for what I want?

Do you believe that your work value comes from the hours you work or the results that you create?

You are enough.
Your kids love you so much.
Everything is going to be ok.

Tia
